Over the last few months Nursing Home providers have been fighting Medicaid cuts to the rates they are paid to take care of Patients who have exhausted all their money.  Nursing homes have been exposed to 3 seperate cuts in 2009 and were in line for another one in December 2009.  The State has such a bad financial problem that it keeps looking to cut nursing home payments without regard to what it will do to care.
